Drops in signal strength

Signal drops intermittently from approximately 1300 to 50 or less.  Upstream power shows 54.5 dBmV.  Logs show constant WIFI vap is set to down followed by the radio1, 2, and 3 resetting.  I need a line technician to check the node and outside lines.  I don't know where to call to start this service request.
