Dropping

My internet keeps dropping.  Also streaming on wired box drops with ‘no signal’.  This is every day.  Usually in evenings.  Getting difficult to work from home.  I have been piggybacking on my neighbors TDS.

I have rebooted modem multiple times.  
run test on phone.  Sometimes it is ok others say no connection to reboot modem.
