Dropping packets

Please for the love of all that is holy... Fix the internet issues in the 33015 Zip Code in Miami, Florida. Always... nothing but, packet drops. You're the only ISP in my neightborhood and you're not doing your job.

Hey @user_dd7863 , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding your internet connection. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Does this happen at one specific time of day or is it sporadic? Are you losing connection completely or only to a single device?

This always happens on my PC connected through ethernet directly to the modem. Stop blaming customers and actually have someone who knows a darn thing about how nodes work to come fix this. I literally never bad a problem for years before 2024 but, it's only been an issue. Always packets dropping. Stop blaming me for it already, my PC is relatively new and has 0 issues.

I can't even look at modem stats anymore because your update from like nearly a year ago bricked the modem stats page so I can't ever see what the power levels are or anything. Like when are you guys actually going to come clean for your mistakes?
