dropped wifi and ethernet connection on work laptop connected to work vpn

Hello,

I have a TP-Link XE75 Pro mesh router with an ARRIS SURFboard modem. Starting 2 weeks ago, my work laptop continuously drops my internet connection. I can only stay connected to my Verizon Hotspot with no issues. Anything going through my router fails.  I had an older amazon eero mesh router prior to this weekend. I spend $400 upgrading my router, thinking that had something to do with it. Now, on the new router, everything is still disconnecting.
