Double data usage

My data usage has doubled and tripled since August. I need a daily breakdown with ip addresses.  How do I get it?

There was a double data reporting issue.  They even changed historical data to reflect double data use.  Perhaps you are impacted by that too.

For individual device reports on data use, you'd be on your own for that.  They can give you a daily break down, but that's it. 

Also, if you use Xfinity equipment, and you don't have an MoCA point of entry filter installed, it may not even be your devices.  Their MoCA implementation has no security so your neighbors devices may be using your data and bandwidth.  This is especially a problem in apartments and townhouses (short haul distances).  Even if you could monitor your own devices with something else, you would be blind to that data use.

@user_uvh7mx We did have an issue that was reported resolved for improper data usage displaying. It sounds like you may have been impacted by this, so I recommend reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance Team at 1-888-565-4329 to ensure that we are reflecting the proper data and this is no longer impacting you.
