Devices won’t connect to internet

I’ve been trying for hours to get my devices to reconnect to the internet. When I try it just says unable to connect. I’ve restarted everything and gone through all the steps AI gives me. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Are you still seeing an issue with the devices not connecting? Have you recently changed the password or any settings on the gateway?
