data usage

Hello—Our data usage dramatically spiked in July, and it says we are over 1.2 TB. This is crazy, as there is no way we have used this capacity, and our internet usage habits have not changed at all. I see that many users are facing the same issue, and the chat/support systems are of no help. This is mainly a rant with a glimmer of hope that Xfinity respects its customers and scans these forums to address this huge issue.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
