Daily internet outages...what's going on?
Good afternoon. Over the past couple of weeks, we have had almost daily internet outages. I always check the app for outages, but it doesn't show any. Each time we have to unplug and replug the modem/router combo to get internet working again. Any advise? Thank you.

@selwynclan Thanks for creating a post and sharing your experience. As well for rebooting the modem. A quick restart is good to restore the connection, but something is going on. A good first step is troubleshooting like EG suggests. That will ensure the modem is fully updated, and check the health of the connection too. Good job checking the basics.
