I just tried to activate my new plan. When I tried to open the link on my PC, I received a block from ESET antivirus.

Well, I don't know if you understood the question correctly. The malicious IP addresses and the malicious website are your IP addresses and your website, which I tried to use to connect to a new tariff.

Our websites and app are safe to use, @user_0u804c. The Xfinity app will allow you to activate your modem for your new plan as shown here,https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activate-xfi-gateway-app.. You can download that directly from your device's app store. If you open the Xfinity app and log in, do you see a purple button that shows Activate Modem?

user_0u804c The program you are using (ESET) flagged the domain due to our registered Xfinity Page redirecting you to a shortened or redirected domain. (txfin.me → Xfinity pages).

Okay, thank you. The purpose of this post is to show you that the shortened link provided by your agent to activate the new tariff is on ESET's blacklist.
