Customer Support
My internet drops twice every day and I can't find anyone who will help me. The AI bot on the website is extremely unhelpful and the phone bot is just as bad. I need this fixed because I am not spending $69 a month on something that doesn't work. I somehow got someone who came over to my place once but he didn't fix anything and I don't know what else to do.
