What replaced the sb6183.ours is failing.

How do you know that it's failing ? Are you getting dropouts ?

YES.

We have an Orbi mesh and this modem which we got in 2017. We have to reboot at the worst times wife had conference that dropped out this morning and j heard about it.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.
