CT Daily outages

I live in Shelton CT. It seems like every morning between 10- 11am I experience an outage for 15-20 minutes.. In speaking to my neighbors, they have the same experience and my xfinity app will show outages in my area.  When will this get corrected? Why do they happen at about the same time which is prime meeting time when working from home?  If there is planned maintenance, it should be done at off hours.  I would say this has been going on for a few months this week it has been daily!

What you’re describing in Shelton sounds like either recurring maintenance on the local network or an impairment that keeps resurfacing and triggering short service interruptions. Our goal is always to schedule work overnight, but there are times when crews have to be on lines during the day for safety or to coordinate with third parties (power, municipal permits, road work). That can make the timing feel very predictable on your end.

I have done the DM chatted with a tech gave my address and No update on root case , if it is being worked on and when it might get resolved. My neighborhood loses service daily between 10 and 11 am EST for about 15 minutes. Will be using cellular during todays meetings between 10 and 11 do to unreliable service.
