Correct Wifi password not being recognized XFi Gateway

I am having this same issue as some other people that have posted here. Some devices such as my smart lights and ring chime pro are connecting to the wifi, but other devices are not, saying "Incorrect Password." I've tried using the app to reset the password, unplug and re-plugging in the router, and spoke to a service representative that have tried all standard network health tests and automated resets, etc. protocols.

It seems to be sporadic... sometimes the wifi works fine for days and then suddenly this issue happens and half the devices can't connect to wifi even though password has never been changed. Please advise.

Have you tried forgetting the network on the devices that won't connect and then try to rejoin your network, and does that work?  If it does, there is an explanation of why that can happen that involves the hardware crashing, then doing a encryption key-gen on the next boot.

yes. Same issue!  Forgot the Wi-Fi network. Tried to reconnect. Nope. “Invalid password”. Unplugged router. Nope. Unplugged TV. Nope. Factory reset on TV. Nope. Changed password 3 times. Nope. Keeps saying incorrect password when it clearly isn’t.
