Constant small outages

Has anyone has problems with constant small, and occasionaly 1-3 hour long outages?
Along with repeated customer service experiences where they keep doing the same thing and it never resolves the problem?

I suspect the problem in in our area, not our specific property. 22 month and a tech is going to come out with a third replacement modem. I find it hard to believe they keep going bad that quickly.
I've tried to escalate this to get a more thorough investigation, but XFinity just keeps repeating the same steps.
XFinity makes it incrediblt hard to find someone who can help resolve this.
Any thoughts or advice? I have limited options in my area, but some other high speed networks are moving into the area. I'll keep working with XFinity to resolve this, but hopefully I'll get a more reliable option soon.

Humorous side note, this is the disclaimer Cfinity puts with their AI assistant. Really speaks to how much they care about good service.

Hi, @user_tyebj3! I am sorry to hear that your service is intermittent. We want your service to be reliable and will help in any way that we can. I have some questions so I can get on the same page. We need some more information.

1. Are you noticing any patterns to when the service is going in and out like in the evening?

2. Is this affecting WiFi, while wired to the modem, or both?

3. Is the coax line between the inside wall outlet and the back of the modem finger tight and without any splitters?

@user_vfnp4w When checking for service interruptions online are you seeing them reported in the area? If not there may be some troubleshooting we can do to help.
