Constant Latency Issues

Internet Often Drops out, latency is terrible and can't play any games. Often disconnecting or lag spiking where anything is unplayable. streaming is ok but sometimes can lag. During the day when trying to work, calls often drop and connection is not reliable. here's some diagnostics (Channel 20 is primary channel)

Good morning @user_x2tzyr, and thank you for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. As someone that also works from home, I know how frustrating service issues can be, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Just a few questions to help narrow down what could be causing these issues. Do you know if there is a splitter that is connected between the modem and the coax wall outlet? Are there any devices hard-wired to the modem, and if so have you tried swapping ethernet cables? Do these issues seem to occur at different times of the day, or around the same time?
