Constant Internet Drops

I have been having getting constant internet drops and packet loss causing me to fully disconnect from services online. This is very problematic as I work from home and sometimes I am incapable of even a zoom meeting without dropping in and out of the meeting. I have gone through the trouble shooting list https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/connection-troubleshooting-tips/602da777c5375f08cdea3db9 and everything looks normal according to the guide lines.  I am using the xfinity gateway and have power cycled multiple times and checked all my cabling. The internet drops occur with wifi and with ethernet on multiple devices. I used WinMTR to view my trace route and I have 0% packet loss to the gateway. All packet loss occurs in the first hop after my local 10.0.0.1.

I would greatly appreciate assistance with solving this issue due to it affecting my ability to work.
