Constant dropping at random intervals
For the past 10 days now, my home internet will drop at random. It is mostly fine during the day, I notice it get worse around 8 or after I start gaming. My PC has ethernet, and it's not the only device that disconnects.
I have contacted live agents and we have troubleshooted and even had a tech come over. Troubleshooting including getting an upgraded plan (150 Mbps to 300), a new modem, new connections, tons of solutions. On the app it only sometimes detects when its down which I've also found odd. None of the times it has been an outage though.
I'm so tired of contacting agents, does anyone have any ideas of what else I can do or what is the problem?

Thank you for reaching out to our team. If the information provided in the link by @EG did not resolve any issue with your service, we will be happy to look further into that from here. How many devices are you normally connecting to that service?
