connectivity problems

I have experienced intermittent connectivity problems at my home.  BOTH hardwire and wifi drop once or twice per day.  This problem only started about 6 weeks ago.

I called tech support.  They did something to the "bridge" on my modem (from a distance).  That did not work.

The cable box outside of my house was in disrepair.  You all came out and gave me a new box and new wires coming into my house.  That did not work.

Problems with intermittent connectivity problems persist.  I have an Arris G36 router.  I have had it for about a year.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
