Connectivity problems
We constantly experience issues with our internet, whether it's non-stop buffering while streaming, poor video quality/abysmal loading times for watchable quality youtube videos, latency issues, or straight up being disconnected, it is constant. Whenever we test our connection through the app, we are told we're getting 110% of what our plan gives us, which is the most absurd lie to tell us right to our faces. The internet connection we pay for is not given to us, what we are given is horrible.
