Connection

Our PS4 will not connect to our bodies. I have tried all Playstation and Xfinity troubleshooting and it still will not connect. Both blame the other for the problem.

Yes. The only other problem we have is the Internet connection drops on my laptop.

user_0w5gto, Thanks for letting us know. If you were to run an internet health test via the Xfinity app like in this link here, what results does it pull for you?

I did all the troubleshooting steps via Xfinity virtual assistant. Isn't that what this is? No trouble found. I also did all the troubleshooting Playstation recommended. Also no trouble found. And they said it's an ISP problem.

We are happy to look further into this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
