Connection to games keeps dropping

I have been having this problem for months.   Infinity has been out to the house several times troubleshooting.  They ended up replacing wiring and the cable box at the street.

Have gone thru all of the troubleshooting steps sent my way and still a problem.    

I hooked up a wired Ethernet cable to see if that would help but still dropping games (almost always at a critical point in the game of course).

Can someone help?

Thanks for sharing all those details—we know how frustrating it is to keep losing connection, especially in the middle of a game. It sounds like you’ve already done a lot of the right things: multiple tech visits, wiring replaced, even testing with a wired connection.
