Connection issues

My internet loses connection occasionally and I have to reconnect to apps, etc that I'm in.. and sometimes lose my progress. I would like this resolved please seeing how I'm paying 122$/month when it started as 70$/month.. without explanation why price was raised. Thank you for help.

Same happens to me every week.  I have a live ping going to google and I can see the packet loss.  Everything will be fine, then no internet for a second, then everythings back, over and over for all ethernet connected machines.  I havent found a solution yet.

Ive rebooted the modem, replaced the modem, replaced the coax, power cycled the PCs (This has been happening for the last 3 months).  I checked the ground wire outside.  No luck.  Hopefully we can get this resolved soon!

@user_4f96a0​ my brother, who is awesome with computers, walked me through a process. I have to turn off my 2.4ghz internet because my dual band internet is merged and not seperate supposedly. So I had to only use the 5ghz. Hard to explain but he swears it will fix it, going to attempt next few nights. Will keep you posted!
