Connection is repeatedly Dropped/Interrupted every few minutes
my internet keeps repeatedly dropping connection for 5-10 seconds every few minutes. connection drops long enough to be kicked from any online calls, any online gaming will drop me from the game, and browsing on websites often will give an error and need to be reloaded. This is happening across every device in our house.
I need direct messaging

As an FYI. Sending an unrequested direct message to the support team is a violation of their forum guidelines.
Please see this post about direct messaging the support team;

This is happening to me also about 3 - 4 times a day and 100% will happen anytime I try and stream my game console, share my screen at work, etc. It is a widespread Xfinity issue right now seemingly and not being addressed.

OK. I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) who are available to these boards. They will be able to book a tech visit for you. Good luck !

Hey there, @user_sdW231! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I do see that @EG shared some great troubleshooting steps with you, and the details of sending unsolicited DM's. I know you had mentioned you had exhausted all steps, and would like to look into scheduling an appointment. We can certainly look into the account with you, and will do in the DM message we received.

@Mr_Krunch
Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks.
For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on someone else's help thread in progress can delay getting help.
