Connected/Disconnected
After a recent extended service outage I have been experiencing connection problems which I never had before. A printer and my smart tv that I have connected via a switch keep connecting/disconnecting. This happens simultaneously. I'll be streaming something on the TV and see the message cable disconnected/cable connected at the same time that I hear a notification sound from my printer. I've restarted the XB7 many times and I still see the same behavior.

Hey, @user_4d5e40! Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear about your connectivity issues. We'd like to help troubleshoot and get to the bottom of this. I see you already try restarting our XB7 modem, that's a great start. By chance, did you also check the ethernet cable? We recommend you try to swap it. This will help us rule out a faulty wire. If you connect the devices directly to the modem instead of using an ethernet switch, do you experience the same issue?
