Connected Without Internet

Says I am connected but with no internet. Resetting modem did not help. I was told a couple days ago by your customer service that lines are degraded but no tech could come out for weeks. So I suspect YOUR lines are degraded and need to be fixed asap. Some of us work from this area and need a reliable internet connection. Either from you or another company.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, and I'd love to see what our Digital Care Team can do to help! First, have you already reviewed all Connection Troubleshooting Tips? If so, and to confirm further, how did you reach out recently? Was it through the Xfinity Assistant? The Xfinity App itself should also offer some troubleshooting options, if you haven't tried that yet. Otherwise, it sounds like we may have to take a closer look at things, which we're happy to do :)
