If you are renting an Xfinity xFi Gateway, you can easily follow the steps provided above from our Xfinity Forums Expert @EG. Our Xfinity xFi Gateway can be easily managed using the handy and helpful Xfinity App. Just open the app, select the WiFi tab, and view all the devices that have connected to the gateway.
If you are using a personal third-party router, we would be unable to assist and recommend reaching out to the Original Equipment Manufactured of the device for assistance. Troubleshooting and assisting with third-party networking devices is outside our scope of support, but recommend leaving any helpful information here if you receive any.
