Complaint
My internet service drops frequently everyday leaving me and my family without home internet multiple times. This issue has caused assignments not to save or go incomplete for my college courses. I can not rely on your service nor the assistant I used multiple times to resolve this issue, I am a first responder and rely heavily on home internet to connect with my family and I am at the point where I want to switch providers.

Hello @user_43irtz, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you and your family are dealing with this. I understand how disruptive and stressful it is to lose internet service multiple times a day, especially when it’s affecting your work and your schoolwork. Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? I want to be mindful of your time and avoid having you repeat anything.
