Complaint Regarding Poor Internet Service Quality

I’ve been having constant internet problems lately. Almost every night, my connection drops — sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes for over an hour. It’s really frustrating, especially since I’m on the Ultimate Plan and paying for top-tier service.

A technician already came to check it out, but it didn’t really fix the issue. The internet still cuts out randomly.

I need this problem solved for good. If it can’t be fixed soon, I expect some kind of credit or compensation for the unreliable service. Otherwise, I’ll have to switch to another provider.

The service provider is a joke, their support mechanisms useless, the service quality 1/4 of advertised. Their phone circus is less than useless and only serves to frustrate and complicate simple tasks.  Customers Support Representative I spoke to was absoloutely useless.  In nearly 3 hours trying to deal with them I was at my witts end.
