Comcast High latency in one game 80-400+ms , ran a traceroute, showed latency Verizon at my parents house 50-60ms.

Here is the problem. I am experiencing high latency in one game. World of Warcraft. I followed all troubleshooting steps (and even tried a different computer). I went over my parents house today with a much older laptop and tried connecting and playing (and also ran a traceroute. No issues. So now I know it's the ISP. A comcast tech person was over my apartment and said he can just escalate it too an engineer. All I need is for someone in Comcast to route my traffic off of the Equinix data centers where the problem is happening.

The problem is  ae1-br01-eqdc2.as57976.net [137.221.72.33] which according to blizzard support forums is a data center owned by equinix. In the verizon test, the connection hits off of Blizzard's data centers in Chicago, before going to the west coast in cali. I really need my internet traffic routed away from as57976.net to blizzard servers. Please fix this comcast, or I will be forced to switch ISPs (when I prefer comcast).
