Coda56

Since replacing the xfi gateway with the recommended coda56, I am not getting the speeds my plan states I pay for. Need help. Xfinity assistant chat says my network is healthy.

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing. The speed test you look to have run looks to be over Wi-Fi, get an accurate speed test reading you would want to connect the laptop or a PC with a Cat6e Ethernet cable directly to the back of your coda modem, Can you please run a hardwired speed test and let us know what the speed results are?

I can later today, but that was ran using the asus router app and the QoS internet speed test. I beleive that it test right from the router over the hardware connection to the coda56. But once I get home I will try with my laptop hardwired in.

Sounds like a plan. Please reach out to us after you run the speed test hardwired.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
