Hello, @Krunnky. Thanks for making us aware you're having issues with your upload speeds. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?

Yes I've already tried to use the Xfinity app to reset the modem multiple times. I'm always capped it 24 to 30 megabits per second up. No matter what I do
