Coda 56 modem provisioned on sub-split upstream despite 2gbps plan — need config file and service group split verified

Requesting Tier 2 / Network Engineering. This is NOT a modem or in-home issue — please do not dispatch a technician or factory-reset my modem.

Summary: I'm on the 2 Gig tier (Broadband Facts: 2336 Mbps down / 293 Mbps up). Download is full speed. Upload is hard-capped at 40 Mbps. This same modem was delivering 300 Mbps upload at my previous address two weeks ago.

Already ruled out:

- A field tech verified my wiring and demonstrated 2500 down / 500+ up on Comcast test equipment at my tap.
- The modem has been reprovisioned multiple times by phone and chat with no change.
- Downstream is clean: 32 SC-QAM at 256QAM, 6.6–8.9 dBmV, ~40.4 dB SNR, effectively zero uncorrectables, plus two OFDM carriers locked at 629.6 MHz and 803.6 MHz at 43–44 dB SNR.

My upstream diagnostics:
- SC-QAM: 16.4, 22.8, 29.2, 35.6 MHz — 6.4 MHz each, 64QAM/ATDMA, TX 43.0–43.5 dBmV
- OFDMA channel 0: state OPERATE, subcarrier 0 at 36.2 MHz, 4K FFT
- OFDMA channel 1: disabled

Every upstream carrier I have sits below 42 MHz, which caps me at roughly the 40 Mbps I'm measuring. Note that OFDMA is locked and in OPERATE — this is not a modem lock failure. The modem is being assigned legacy spectrum.

Two specific questions I need answered:

1. What is the maximum sustained upstream rate value in the config file currently assigned to my modem? Please read back the actual number.

2. What is the upstream split on my service group — sub-split (42 MHz), mid-split (85 MHz), or high-split (204 MHz)? And what is the frequency range of the OFDMA channel(s) provisioned on it?

Please also confirm my device is coded in your system as a Hitron CODA56 specifically, and not a similar Hitron model.

If the answer is that my service group is high-split and my modem cannot reach the provisioned OFDMA channels, please say so plainly. I will change hardware. What I need is a straight answer rather than another reprovision or truck roll.
