Coax Outlet Not Working

I have two outlets in the living room.  I want to move the box to the one that has not been used in years.  I connected the coax cable to it and get the welcome screen and then “connecting to your entertainment experience” but it never connects.  Aftee a long period I get a message to check that the cables are tight.  I have tried two different cables.

Did you remove the coaxial box from the wall to check the back side? The coaxial-cable in the wall can work loose over time.
