CMTS/service-group instability on your node (mid-split / OFDMA / profile churn)
I upgraded to the new next-gen gigabit pro internet service and I have more than adequate hardware to support it, a Netgear Nighthawk CM3000 modem and a Netduma R3 router. I am having internet issues at the plant level that phone support reps haven't been able to help with as they suggest basic solutions that do not pertain to this persistent issue. I have spent literally more than 20hrs with support to address this and have gotten absolutely nowhere near a solution. I am proficient at IT and here is what my research shows from the event logs and modem status.
I tested two different modems (Arris S33 and Netgear CM3000). Both show DOCSIS timing failures (SYNC timing loss), T3 ranging timeouts, and DS OFDM profile assignment changes on DS Channel ID 32 to profiles 1/2/3 on CMTS MAC [Edited: "Personal Information"]. The CM3000 also shows TLV-11 unrecognized OID and docsDevResetNow resets. RF levels are clean. This is a CMTS/service-group control-plane instability issue.
I need a plant engineering / network maintenance ticket and to be removed from upstream OFDMA/mid-split testing or moved to a stable service group.
I have a PDF I put together that covers everything. Please help resolve this persistent problem.
Thank you!

Hi there, @user_5cfb4d. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about the connection and support trouble. With issues like this, after normal troubleshooting, a tech would be dispatched to investigate. If they are unable to resolve the issue, and there is a need to do so, they would submit the needed information to the maintenance team. We can check things out and go from there. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
