CM2050V T3 errors, Uncorrectables and disconnects

A couple of months ago I replaced my old reliable CM600 with the CM2050V so I could make full use of my 900Mbps plan. Since then, I have noticed that over the 32 Bonded Channels that I'm getting alot of Correctables and Uncorrectable each day, and the Error Log is showing alot of T3 and other errors. I can actually tell when this happens as I could be browsing or downloading and everything just stops for a minute or two. I've been replaced the older CommScope 2 Way splitter Comcast installed 5-6 years ago with a new one, but no difference.

How often are you seeing this error? This could be related to the downstream power, this would also be reviewed and can be corrected with the technician visit.

@XfinityValerie​ This is what doesn't make sense  as my downstream power is in spec  around +2 to +3dbmv and upstream around 44dbmv. But I still get Uncorrectables and T3 Errors each day for the past several week. I've had this new CM2050V for a few months, and this problem just recently started. Before I had a CM600 and it hardly ever had any errors.

I rebooted the modem 15 minutes ago to clear out all the errors. This is the current signal:

@XfinityMary​ I already have a appointment made next week on 3/15. But I have tried three different splitters (CommScope from Comcast, and two Extreme Broadband that I purchased brand new), and also installed a new RG6 cables from the splitter to the modem. But a tech would need to check the outside signal coming in for issues as well.

Well from 12:47pm to 12:48pm I had an internet outage, was watching VOD on a cable box and it was freezing some.

Thousands of Uncorrectables and some T3 Errors.

I'm a bit surprised that over the last 3 days now there hasn't been any Uncorrectables or other Errors listed in the Log file.

Thank you for this information. Since you already have a technician visit set up, I would say our best bet as of right now is to wait for that visit then check back in after it's completed. That way we can have someone at your home to check out any issues there that we cannot check remotely.

Yes, it was set on the 15, but changed it to the 22nd.

@XfinityKyla​ Since it's been 2 weeks since I've had any modem issues, no Uncorrectables or T3 Errors, I moved out the Tech Appointment a few more weeks, since if he would of come, probably wouldn't of found any issues. Would rather have a tech come if/while there is an active problem.
