Certain Devices, but not all, disconnect from XB7 Gateway

Certain devices disconnect from our XB7 gateway . This began happening 3 days ago and it seems to be happening more frequently. I have restarted the gateway 5 times today. We have had this gateway for 6 months and have not experienced previously. What is going on?

@XfinityKatie​ 1) I did post this on what I believed was the correct forum but there was no response.

2) I gave up and called the support desk. So no need to reply.
