Can’t stream local radio station

I enjoy listening to football through my local radio station through the internet during the games.

Sometimes throughout the season I get the error code “Stream not available in your area” even though I live in the area. The few times that this has happened I switch to my phone data plan and it works but does not work on my home xfinity network.
Why is this? Is this something that can be fixed?

Hi there, @DBUS Thank you so much for your time and patience. I'm very sorry for the inconvience this is causing you. This error can occur when your IP address is providing an inaccurate location, even if you reside near the location you are attempting to livestream. Not every IP address is the same, and some IP addresses provide locations from a large range of locations - sometimes several hundred miles.-Richard

@XfinityRichard IS there a fix or a work around? It's only happened a few times during this football season.
