Can’t get xfinitywifi hotspot to connect

When the xfinitywifi login page doesn’t load, it’s usually a browser or device redirect issue rather than the hotspot itself. Let’s try a few quick things:

First, connect to xfinitywifi, then open a browser and manually go to:
http://wifi.xfinity.com
This should force the login page to appear.

If that doesn’t work, try:

• Turning WiFi off and back on, then reconnecting to xfinitywifi
• Forgetting the network and joining it again
• Using a different browser (Chrome/Safari works best)
• Turning off any VPN, Private Relay, or ad blockers (these can block the login page)

Also, if possible, try switching between HTTP sites (not HTTPS), since secure pages won’t always trigger the login screen.
