Can't connect 2.4ghz devices

A few days ago, I started being unable to connect 2.4 ghz devices to the internet. I tried restarting the router, but problem still persists - please assist.

Should I do a factory reset? Any advice would be appreciated.

I too need help with 2.4g devices. Just got Gateway XB7 today. All devices working on 5g are connected but no devices operating at 2.4g can connect
