Can't change Wifi Name and Password.
Nothing I do works. I changed it through the app and it still doesn't reflect when i connect to it. it just has the default name. i have a gateway xb3. I've done it through the app, the website, and even had one of the bot "representatives" change it manually on their end and it still didn't update or change.

Hello @SunshineSorbet, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is certainly a feature that we want you to be able to take full advantage of, but I think you may be experiencing this issue because the xb3 has been sunset for many of our traditional post paid services. Do you happen to know your current tier of internet service?
It may also be worth a shot trying to reactivate the modem if you have not done so already. I will place instructions below on how to go about doing so.
1. Launch the Xfinity app
2. Select the "account" tab
3. Scroll down to the "devices" section
4. Select Activate xFi Gateway or Modem
5. Follow the on-screen prompts
