Cannot reach beta.apple.com from Comcast

At my home, I cannot access beta.apple.com from any device.  If I switch to AT&T cellular the web site loads just fine.  I ran a traceroute and the connection seems to be getting stuck at 23.30.207.254, which is owned by Comcast.  Other Apple sites such as developer.apple.com and www.apple.com load just fine, only beta.apple.com doesn’t load. 

Can someone please fix this?

It turns out Xfinity had a routing problem causing a partial outage for a lot of people.  They fixed it a few hours later.

Upon reviewing the traceroute you provided, we see that the connection is delayed at the IP address 23.30.207.254. This might be the reason why you're facing difficulties accessing beta.apple.com.

 

To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend the following steps:

 

1). Clear your browser cache and cookies: Outdated or corrupted browser data can sometimes cause connectivity problems. Clearing the cache and cookies can help resolve such issues. You can find instructions on how to do this specific to your browser by searching for "how to clear cache and cookies" followed by the name of your browser.

 

2). Restart your modem and router: Power cycling your networking equipment can often resolve temporary connectivity problems. Turn off your modem and router, wait 30 seconds, and then turn them back on. Allow them a few minutes to establish a stable connection.

 

3). Disable any VPN or proxy: If you use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or a proxy service, try disabling it temporarily and check if you can access beta.apple.com. VPNs and proxies can sometimes interfere with certain websites or services.
