Cannot access my wifi advanced settings have tried all the other solutions hard reset, app reinstall, etc

I am so frustrated with your stupid automatic optimization bull, I got Xfinity now just a couple months ago and I need to be able to enable my routers 2.4 ghz but I cannot access wifi equipment in the app! All I can access under "wifi" is gateway details, troubleshoot, and ask assistant. I have hard reset and uninstalled the app and logged back in, that did nothing. My app is fully set up there is nothing for me to complete in set up. I am the only user on the account with a single email attached. I can't get in touch with anyone to help and having to post this on a forum is stupid. 

That being said what can I do to fix this, I need this access.
