Cannot access my wifi advanced settings have tried all the other solutions hard reset, app reinstall, etc

I am so frustrated with your stupid automatic optimization bull, I got Xfinity now just a couple months ago and I need to be able to enable my routers 2.4 ghz but I cannot access wifi equipment in the app! All I can access under "wifi" is gateway details, troubleshoot, and ask assistant. I have hard reset and uninstalled the app and logged back in, that did nothing. My app is fully set up there is nothing for me to complete in set up. I am the only user on the account with a single email attached. I can't get in touch with anyone to help and having to post this on a forum is stupid. 

That being said what can I do to fix this, I need this access.

Hey @user_l32xwa, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to assist. When using the Xfinity App and selecting the "WiFi" tab, does it show the modem online and a button for "WiFi Details"? Do you also have any Xfinity WiFi Extenders that are in use?

It shows the modem online and wifi details, but just instructs me to look at the info on the modem itself it doesnt contain any settings I can actually change.

I have no wifi extenders just the single modem

I can’t access advanced settings. When I open it on the app it just is a blank page. 

I have tried force restarting the app, logging out and back in, logging out, uninstalling the app, and hard resetting the modem before redownloading and logging back in, I have tried the app on another phone, Nothing has worked for me to be able to access advanced settings. 

Access to the 10.0.0.1 or whatever it is on the browser has been removed. Y’all posted this on other forums and it doesnt work when I enter it in my browser so not sure why thats a suggestion anymore.
