Cancelling Service

I have been trying to call Xfinity for an multiple days and cant connect to a real person. I need help cancelling my wifi service since I am moving. Anybody else have similar experience?

I am sorry to hear that you are wanting to cancel the service, but I can understand if you are moving to an area that is not covered by Xfinity. You have reached the right team that can take care of this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
