Cancellation is impossible

This is absurd. I can’t get ahold of anyone via chat. I have been told I’ll receive callbacks but never do. I am moving abroad (and currently out of town for work until August) but my plan renews for another year soon. HOW CAN I CANCEL? Do I have to get my lawyer involved? This is insane.
