Can someone please explain these ip and Mac addresses connected to my router via ethernet?

Okay if y

ou look at the ARP list showing what's connected via ethernet which there is only ONE THING connected to my router via ethernet and that is my ARRIS SURFBOARD 8200 DOCSIS 3.1 Modem, which I just replaced the previous surfboard believe was a 6xxx series but was docsis 3.0 and also I have the Comcast 1.2 gig package. And these ips and Mac addresses if you click refresh will change to different ones or sometimes say unreachable, but and even my modem which always shows some kind of log when clicking event log even if it's just history from a week ago, But I Swear my router and modem when accessed (except if I unplug coax from modem and hold reset pin for 60 seconds will show the event log, and totally different channel numbers ordering and whatnot soon after the modem is hard reseted. Also the thing that mAKES zero sense is it shows all these devices Mac and ip addresses connected to my router via ethernet when only my cable modem is, yet the modems Mac address is NOT LISTED ANYWHERE For ethernet devices connected.

I did not have this problem when I was using my docsis 3.0 modem, my belief is that since docsis 3.1 can use a virtual CMTS to emulate the real CMTS, Comcast or SOMEONE Comcast is giving authorization to such as the authorities or some government police association access. Also look at the logs when it boots it trys connecting to a Cmts with Mac address 00:00:00:00:00, or maybe does in fact establish connection with the un addressed unknown emulated cmts it shows in the logs when initially booting and then once connected sends fake logs showing a cmts with an actual Mac address besides containing all zeros.

Hey user_p3dwe0, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Does your modem have a MoCa setting? I've seen it especially in apartments, where other devices are being picked up through MoCa although they aren't actually connected to your network.
