Are you trying to connect a device that only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, such as a smart home device, camera, or other equipment, or are you looking to change which Wi-Fi band your devices are using in general?
Also, are you using an Xfinity Gateway or your own modem/router, and do you happen to know the model? That will help us provide the correct steps for your setup and assisting you further.
