Brief Internet Outages

Posted a thread about issues with my X1 Box yesterday, even sent a direct message to support. No responses as of yet. Figured I'd try here. I am having frequent internet outages off and on. They're mostly brief, but occur nearly every day. Can someone look at my cable box details below and tell how it looks? I remember then doing so in the past and found out the signals were too high, and they remotely fixed it. I don't understand all those numbers.

Maybe this is causing my X1 Box issues, if there is a problem you see here?

Your downstream signals are too low, with 1 having a poor SNR. Likely connected as towards why your X1 is having problems too.

Try the troubleshooting tips listed here: Internet Troubleshooting Tips and see if any improvements occur during that troubleshooting

Thank you so much for reaching out to us on the forums, @JS-! I appreciate all the information you have provided so far, and we can definitely look into these brief interruptions to find out what is causing the problem with your X1 box.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
