X1 Box Issues

For several months now, I've been having issues (off and on) with my X1 TV service not being able to turn the channel, and sometimes it simply locks up, and I can't do anything at all- but unplug it. Sometimes I get a message stating unable to connect to the Internet, and something about tightening cables. Cables are all tight, I've double checked. When I get this message about being unable to connect to the internet, my cable box indicates I am still connected. However, I do still lose connection to the Internet at times. Not sure what the deal is, but all this seems to have started after my recent (in January) service change. I've rebooted my modem, router, X1, and still get these issues, occasionally. 

Can y'all remotely check my signal strength to see what's up?
