Bridge Mode section is blank in the admin page of xfinity gateway
I am having an issue with my XB7 gateway that no enable/disable button shown in the Bridge Mode section.
I was on phone with xfinity support for one hour. They did re-activated the XB7 gateway.
I have already switched "Admin tool online access" to "ON" in the xfinity app. Still no enable/disable shown in the Bridge Mode section in the admin page (http://10.0.0.1)
I really want to hook my Orbi router back.

Please help!

Closing the loop on this thread. The xfinity support folks in this community was able to fix this remotely. After that, I was able to enable bridge mode and connect my Orbi Mesh Router.
