Why does Xfinity send me dead links?:  Like this: "To monitor and track your data usage, visit xfinity.com/usagemeter. "Find out more about our Internet data plans."

 The Xfinity bot said that I didn't have to worry about usage, was it lying to me? Why is  Xfinity so [Edit: Language] up? Do they enjoy messing with people?

Hello @user_k31lh6 we definitley want to ensure that you are able to track your data usage at any time! You mentioned we are sending you this, where/how are you receiving this link? Have you tried following the steps in our How can I find out how much data I currently use or see my monthly data history article for details on how to view your data usage?

Nope, that didn't work either, What do you people do there at Xfinity all day? just draw pay and eat donuts?

I'm sorry to hear that did not work, @user_k31lh6. Are you accessing the information through our Xfinity App or on our website? Have you tried multiple devices and browsers?
